Neighborhood Parking & Safety Reminder Wednesday, January 28, 2026

The HOA Board and Property Management have received multiple complaints regarding on‑street parking that is obstructing access for school buses, garbage trucks, and mail/package delivery vehicles.

Please note the following important reminders:

  • Mail Delivery: The U.S. Postal Service will not deliver mail if clear access to mailboxes is blocked.
  • Trash Collection: Trash pickup may be skipped if the street or trash cans are inaccessible.

Overnight Parking Rules

  • Overnight parking on any roadway or street within the neighborhood is strictly prohibited.
  • All vehicles parked overnight must be parked in the driveway of the residence.
  • Parking on the lawn or blocking any driveway within the subdivision is not permitted.

Enforcement

Any vehicle(s) found in violation of these rules may be ticketed, fined, or towed at the owner’s expense.

General Parking & Safety Requirements

  • Vehicles parked on the street must not impede access to driveways or mailboxes.
  • Streets must remain accessible for emergency vehicles, school buses, maintenance crews, and delivery services.
  • Speeding, running stop signs, or creating parking hazards that could block emergency vehicles is a serious safety concern.

If you observe a situation that presents an immediate safety hazard or obstructs emergency vehicle access, residents are encouraged to contact the Gwinnett Police Non‑Emergency Line at (770) 513‑5100 to request assistance.

Community Pool Opening Announcement Thursday, May 7, 2026


Dear Residents,

We are pleased to announce that the community pool will officially open for the season on Saturday, May 23 at 10:00 AM!

Pool Hours:
10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please remember the following:

 

  • All residents will need the white electronic gate card.
  • All posted pool rules must be followed at all times.
  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
  • Please clean up after yourself and dispose of trash properly.

 

We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep our pool area clean, safe, and welcoming for all residents.

2026 Assessment Pay Schedule
Failure to pay your assessments by the last day of the month it is due in, will result in a late fee being added to your account and your account being referred to the association's collections agency or attorney, which will result in additional fees. 

Amount: $200.00 Due: 1/1/26 Late Date: 1/31/26 Late Fee: 12%

Amount: $200.00 Due: 2/1/26  Late Date: 2/28/26 Late Fee: 12%

Amount: $200.00 Due: 4/1/26 Late Date: 4/30/26 Late Fee: 12%

Homeowners can make online payments by going to www.thomaswilliamsmgt.com and registering for their online account if they are not in collections. You do not need your account number to register and your association name is Manchester Walk. Please note there is a nominal fee for online payments. Owners can also go to https://propertypay.cit.com with the following information to make payment.
